Global Visas Fraud: Visa Frauds will be Punished

A visa fraud is in light again. US Federal agents arrested 11 people from 6 different states for committing H1B Visa fraud. According to a statement by officials, An IT Company was allegedly involving filing applications for visas illegally. As per the rule, H1B Visas can be granted for intra-company employee transfer only when a company can meet strict provisions. The company which is demanding the visa must justify its need and tell the exact location. Apart from it the company needs to pay a locally prevailing wage for it.

It was found that the company sought permission to hire foreign programmers analysts. The same job was listed with two different salaries at two different locations with the same company. In a nut shell, we can say that the company didn’t obey the policies of American immigration department. They were also found guilty in making situations in which resulted in losing jobs by Americans.

Once again it has been proved that no matter how smart frauds are, they will ultimately fall in hands of authorities and will be punished. But, the reality is far bitter than it appears. It’s not so that only frauds will have to face the consequences, innocent people which they hired through fraud techniques will be suffered too. Also, the American citizens who were deprived of jobs, which actually were for them, will suffer too.

It’s a request to you all by Global Visas Fraud Team not indulge in such practices. It’s not sure that it will benefit you but it will ruin your future. Join hands with Global Visas Fraud Team to support yourselves.
